3dognite, when did most of the weight fall off for either of you? Up until now, I've gained about 3 pounds, but I'm pretty sure its muscle; no body fat analyzer to confirm though.

I too am finding this the most intense for obvious reasons-she's a tough cookie to keep up with. I've only lost 5 pounds since the beginning (on day 66 today) and have always calorie counted but the carb cycling might do me in :p It is encouraging to hear the success you had 3dognite, thank you for sharing!

I'm starting week 3 tomorrow. My diet has been on point, but today I'm allowing myself my first cheat meal. I've already lost about 3 lbs. so hopefully, I can keep up that trend. It's encouraging to hear that this has worked for some of you. Thanks for the update and please continue to keep us posted. Good luck to ALL OF US! :)

The first time through this program I didn't see any weight loss until around week 5. Prior to that I was getting frustrated and almost quit but I stuck with it and then the scale really started moving and I knew it was gonna work! This time around I did not see any weight loss until around week 9 (because of the cardio) but my measurements were tightening up so I knew I was gaining muscle and losing fat. I feel good about my weight and just want to burn off some more stubborn body fat, which is what phase 3 is all about.

I just finished week 3 and I'm really liking the program so it is nice to know that you can continue doing this program over and over. I wasn't sure what I was going to do once I completed it(even though I still have a couple of months to go). Nice to hear that you can be successful with this program!
