I am just finishing week 11. This is my 2nd time through; however, I was unable to finish phase 3 the 1st time. They are definitely very intense and I felt like I was not ready so I started at phase 1 again and am doing much better this time. I have not really followed the carb cycling and diet very closely, although I eat quite well. I think it is important to remember that while this is a "transformation" program, not everyone will see the desired level of transformation in these 12 weeks. I have been happy with my progress, but look at this as a beginning point for adopting a healthy lifestyle.

I'm about to start week 10, haven't followed the program exactly. My weight has remained about the same but i have muscles now! After finishing the program I will probably start at phase 2. Phase 3 is killer but the sprints are fun! I can't wait to start circuit stuff!

Is when you get lean! Don't MISS pase 3! I Am very happy with my results. This is an amazong program. Love It. Know I need to learn how to keep my self in good shape?
