Do you take the supplements on rest days or just on the 4 days you work out?

I agree with you here. People are making negative comments without even trying the plan. That's true you don't have to buy MP, just replace with other brand that supports similar functions. I purchased, Shred Matrix (B1G1 deal) here, GNC amp wheybolic, opti-men multivitamin, and some groceries whenever I need to. Been three days on the plan so far. Hope it works, thanks for the post, it increased my motivation.

I find it telling that no one has posted a progress update--even those who promised at a date much prior to 21 days ago. This program is a joke. I just finished up Lee Labrada's 12-week program, and he plugs his products here and there but doesn't design a program that RELIES on his product. Supplements should fill in the gaps not be the diet. This is difficult to adapt to with whole foods and just plain shameless. Also, low carb? A) When your body switches to a low-carb diet, it sheds a lot of water, so of course you'll lose pounds, but it won't be fat pounds. B) How can utter something about the importance of stable insulin and then not include any complex carbs in the diet? (Maybe he does, but it's in the plastic-wrapped stuff that costs a lot.) Lean meat, fruits, and veggies will not get you to a stable insulin level--you need whole wheat, sweet potatoes, oats, beans, etc.

I agree with this. I am trying it personally and seeing what results it produces. They have a good round of workouts and nutrition plans that sound like they will work.
