Anything in excess will eventually be unhealthy... you can die from drinking too much water, remember when they were saying all that bad stuff about saturated fats? now its been shown that saturated fats can be beneficial in raising testosterone (great for training), and for supporting a whole bunch of other positive body functions. Just be active, and learn moderation, that simple

This is a fun dispute to watch unfold. Before blindly stating that somebody is wrong try thinking In the end energy consumed and expended is the final say but sugar will influence both. It plays a part by effecting hormones which effects the body in many ways (including hunger level and the body's ability to function at its best)

Umm... You guys realize that this article states Nothing about fat or obesity... It's about sugar causing millions of cases of Diabetes, as well as its similarity to addictive drugs... Try reading the article before you start your ********. As for calories in-calories out... Are you suggesting that if I eat 2500 calories of big macs a day, as opposed to 2500 calories of chicken, sweet potato, and broccoli, I'll look the same?................

I was only talking about consuming sugar in normal range causing addiction. And sugar is a drug because sugar is metabolized into ethanol which puts great amount of stress on body, esp. the liver and kidneys
