yea i would def try to get the body fat down to about 18%, maybe a tiny bit lower which is gonna be pretty hard, then you can go ahead and do full body training and bring back some carbs to promote hypertrophy and gain some more muscle. I read a great article that showed studies proving gains in lean muscle mass are the most predominate with a body fat between 12 and 15 percent.
