I work for an electricity compagny where smokers have to do so without stopping (we work outside 95% of the time). Most of the time we even eat lunch while working. Maybe the "Get a better job" part isn't such a bad idea after all! lol

Yeah, that doesn't sound very legal. Federal law mandates that you be given time for lunch and periodic brakes.

I just eat my in-between meals at my desk while I'm working. No one seems to mind since I am still able to work while eating my cottage cheese/nuts/fruit/protein shake.

Sounds like you don't have a desk job then....
