That's only about 7.5lbs a month. Could easily of lost that in muscle mass and water doing cardio and barely eating. Now putting on 30lbs of muscle in 4 months would be something....

I found it! "I bulked up for about eight weeks and then slowly cut down for maybe a month or so." Is that to get back to 215?.. 30lbs of muscle in 2 months? Must of been all that magic quinoa..

Who cares that he took some gear to do this. Guys getting seriously paid and has some cats around him that know what they are doing. Still put in the work

Everyone in roles like this are using REALLY good supplements. They wouldn't be that big if they didn't lol.
