Agreed. Timing isn't relevant. Calories at the end of the day are. Zackarnold, your broscience logic is killing me.

Nobody has successfully shown me an article that proves eating every 2 or 3 hours is helpful. Of course your metabolism goes up but it goes up the more you eat in a sitting. This idea is in no way shape or form proven. In fact some bodybuilders have successfully put on mass with 2 meals in a day.

Eating like a little chipmunk all day doesn't speed up your metabolism.
