Keep focusing on percentages, thats the way the NASM recommends it. It is much better to do percents of macros than a random calorie fill.

AMDR is 45%-65% carb, 20%-35% fat, and 10%-35% protein.. It starts getting unhealthy to fall out of these ranges. They're there for a reason.
