I'll have to disagree. Most of my workouts have consisted of 25 sets for a long time now and I've had pretty successful results. Perhaps my body is a little different with adaptation, but after 5-10 sets I usually feel like I'm just getting into the groove even if those sets are heavy as hell to me. To each their own I say, but don't knock it till you try it.
