Seriously.... Glad its not just me. I find bodybuilding website does this a lot with improper pictures of exercises. Lose the pride, drop the weight and do it right..... Recommendations for fixing this: Drop the weight - strengthen core and upper back, stretch calves and hips - lose the pride and do it right.. The pictures always make me second guess myself because I feel like I am supposed to trust this site.... Guess you cant believe everything.
