Thank you soo much! I will try what you suggested and let you know how it worked for me! I know that I should not feel pain when doing lunges and that is why I do not do them...But I do squats (60 kg) and One Leg Squats all the time and never feel any pain...But as soon as I try to do Lunges something goes wrong...and I cannot do Kneeling Squat or any other exercise where I have to kneel down (even without weight) and running is killing my knees as well...

Gorana do you know how to foam roll? Also where is the pain on your knee? Top? Bottom? Inside? Outside?

The pain is inside, I would say in the middle/bottom part! When I kneel down it is on the part of the knee that is on the floor and when I run (it never hurts while running but the day after that) the pain is on the inside of the knee I would say where the upper and lower bones of the leg meet (medial meniscus?)
