I would stick with celery because you do not want to drink a lot of water which will create electrolyte imbalance.

@20fourseven water is essential - especially if you are supplementing. you would have to drink a ton of water for an electrolyte imbalance, and seeing as how many people are chronically dehydrated, that does not seem too likely in many cases.
