I am fiddeling myself with simillar concept as Shackles. My line of thought was more of applying one method per week for all body parts (Chest,Back,Legs,Arms,Shoulders) then go to next method Week 1 Hypertrophy 12-15 reps Week 2 Heavy 6-8 reps Week 3 Hypetrophy 8-12 reps supersets Week 4 Occlusion for arms,legs Can you do BFR for shoulders? ;) Week 5 Hypertrophy 12-15(20) reps Week 6 Heavy Waveloading 3-5-7 or 4-6-8 reps Any thoughts?
