Late answer, so for those just now reading, keep in mind, you only have a minute between sets. With that pace, you likely won't be adding weight between sets. Just breathing will be a challenge. If you want to add weight, you're best to go to a pyramid format (more weight, fewer reps). The short rest is also why you're not seeing any cardio. It's already built in.
