I agree with these sponsored athletes, shes doing way too much. Cant believe she would work her legs like that, its like a guy over working his arms.

I disagree. You do what works for you. Even though the volume is high, you'd also have to consider the amount of weight she's utilizing for each lift. These types of workouts produce amazing results, but they can be mentally and physically demanding. There will come a point in time that in order to continue to make progress, you'll have to get a bit more creative :)

Ok ok! Settle down. I assure you I do not "over train my legs" your focus should be an entire program not just one day of your training! The training they have above is cardio and abs (done in the am) and training afternoon legs.. Do I do this workout every day or wk? Absolutely not. I change it up every two weeks and never the same workout in the same week. Like someone said above what works for me may not work for you but put your goals to work!
