@Jade.....good job!!! power walk can be a killer. @Tallah....Let us know how you do. This morning I ran out of time, my ipod died in the middle of my workout, and beeing tired was the perfect combo to cut my leg workout short. NOT happy with the way things turned out this morning, but it is what it is :) I do have to say, I killed it my legs felt like noodles on the way out the gym. I got all the way to mountain climbers. Now I just wanna go take a nap.....but I have to be at work in 1 hour :( TTY soon ladies.

I started with legs on Tuesday and I am feeling it today!! Loved it!

@TalIah.....I did legs for the 2nd time, and guess what?!?! my *** got sore all over again, not sure why? but it is. My lower body is my trouble area so instead of working shoulders and back 2X a week. I am going to hit legs 2X a week. So I guess I am gonna be sore all the time .....hahaha
