Yeah Im pretty sure this workout and nutrition plan is for people who actually want to do nothing but build there bodies. Most people think theyll just get big by lifting. You gotta eat.

It's not that difficult. If you have a grill (BBQ or Foreman) you can prep a weeks worth of protein with in 30 min. I bought a rice cooker with a steam basket. Within a couple of hours (while watching football) I had my meals made, measured and stacked in the fridge.
