Just cook the bulk of the meals one or two days in the week and store them in tupperware in the fridge. check his 12 week tranformation videos. This diet is realistic.

It's totally realistic. Like it says, "You gotta eat big to get big." By exerting the amount of energy in the workouts that your going to be putting in, your going need a lot of calories for your body to burn (protein) and carbs for the energy it will take. I used to weigh 170lbs. and the only way i put on any weight/muscle was to eat a lot!!

I work 11 hours per day, sleep 8 and spend 1.5 getting read for n to work. That leaves me with a tiny window to cook n workout but I get it done everyday. Oh, I'm also a father and husband!

If you want the ultimate result you gotta follow the plan, regardless if you view it as expensive, difficult or unreasonable. Like most things, you get out what you put in.

@assortedsnacks.. ...it actually is possible. Allocate two days per week where you can cook food. I use Sunday and Wednesday. Cook food Sunday night to get you through to Wednesday night and store it in the fridge. cook food Wednesday night to get you through to Sunday and store it in the fridge. If you say you don't have time to cook the food, don't even bother with this program. You show a lack of determination which will definitely catch up with you in the gym. My advice, harden up or move on.
