try mixing your quick oats into your 8-10 egg whites and cook them on a covered pan with a little bit of pam. this is kinda like a pancake and it is alot easier to eat and you can make it the night before and just heat it up in the microwave the next morning.

that is a good idea to mix the oats with your egg whites and just add salt to them while they are cooking. he said we could use salt. in preparing all these foods you have to be creative in using everything he suggested us to use.

OMG I'm on Day 2 and I'm following the diet to the teeth. OATS for breakfast EVERY DAY!??!?! Oh #$&* me, I hate oats, they make me gag , too. I will try your idea of putting oats with my egg whites because I will totally give up this program if I have to eat those $#^&#ing oats every day.....!
