As for the egg whites. You can do whatever scramble, or if you have a nonstick pan, I like to spray a very small bit of Pam, and then just put egg whites in and kind of make it like a fried egg....frittata! Obviously just the egg white though! As for the peppers mushrooms etc.....if you want to truly transform I would suggest doing exactly what is in Kris' diet and not waiver from it! But he did say you can eat as many veggies as you like soooo, it's up to you I suppose!

No he did not freeze anything. The bag he was using was a cooler bag, just to keep food quasi refrigerated prior to eating!

I drink my eggs whites with scoop of protein an water usually fruit to but no fruit for 12 wks I don't care for egg wh I like yolks runny in mine but can't do that

@thedon1982 Before you cook the eggs, you can separate the egg whites from the yolk. watch video "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YoLWAJeBQx4" I use the hand method as shown. You do get most of the whites using your hands. I usually make a seven egg omelet with just egg whites or scramble them up. Remember, use a non-stick pan and lightly coat pan with the spray. Freezing the rice is a bad idea. Just refrigerate your proteins along with your carbs. You can always warm up the rice in the microwave along with the proteins . Remember, prepare food as instructed for two days and refrigerate. When you are ready to eat, heat in microwave.

Thedon, I always boil the eggs and then throw out the yolk. I would add some mushrooms as well and some veggies!
