I would only have time to do am-pm cardios and lifting session if my day had 32 hours. So I did what Kris did at his first videos, you can go back and notice he starts his workout sessions with moderate cardio and then he finishes off with a walk home or bike. He even mentions that it has to be in a pace where you can have a normal conversation. That is what I do everyday... 20-25 min cardio before and after lifting. My heart is a machine so it takes me about 10 min to get to a 60%70% heart rate. I use a Polar strap to keep track of it. I also increase the level of my cardio 15 min in just to give that nice pump and sweat on, ready to start!
