I'm 37 years old and early in my life I didn't follow a nutrition plan and saw weight loss results anyway. Since about 32 years old I have been struggling with weight loss and seeing physical results, I would go for three months and give up because results were not coming. Well at 37 almost 38 I connected the pieces, workout and nutrition. The first month of working out 4 lbs lost and Plato. After I followed strict nutrition guide lines the next two weeks I was down another 8. You don't need all the sups necessarily but the nutrition is a must to see results. Stick with it, and if you can do what you can for nutrition, do a little research and go from there. Don't eat to little or you wont loose weight either. I was eating to little at first and loosing a pound a week at first (2500 cal) after I discovered my needed intake (3200 cal) a day the weight started coming off again. Stay strong and lets get threw this bro. If you need help with nutrition get on the "transformation body group" and you can get some help there. Cheers
