I wouldn't be down about that. At 5'10, 145 lbs you want to be packing on muscle, so gaining would be good.

Trus tme I know what you mean. The first couple of weeks i seen people losing weight and I gain weight but now i'm going down slow.

Make sure you are eating later then 7 pm or have an hight proteing shake late at night should add the weight you want hope its helpful that what got me over my hump
