they offer some good stacks/packages on here just go to the store and click the added link find a supplement plan than just fond one with most of what you need and add what it dose not come with. I got a stack with pretty much everything he says you need here for 201.00 and it comes with both protiens

This program sounds awesome and I plan to do it. My only concern is I can't afford all of those supplements. I currently take whey protein, creatine, fish oil, glutamine and L-carnatine. That's about all I can afford.
