Me too! Feeling very bloated. Not used to eating so much dairy, and it's tough to hit those macros. Sticking with it!

I'm having the same feeling...I decreased my water mixing my creatine and protien powders. Not a big fan of lots of dairy...so I don't eat the yogurt, just cheese strings. I spread my suppliments out a little more because I workout at 11am.
