I'm super pumped about the workout today - I think this one looks pretty cake. Regarding the soreness, my brother (who is my lifting partner) and I were doing 1-2 body parts/workout, 8-12 reps (to failure, or we would increase weight) & 3-4 sets (depending on the exercise and weight selection)...those workouts left my muscles more sore than this one. I have actually had to go down in weight selection with this program and I have to say it's because of the cardio. Although I'm a little bummed, I am trusting the Doc that the combination of both resistance & cardio will really make me stronger and that weight selection will increase throughout the 6 weeks. And yes, I agree with you guys - I am more exhausted than "workout" sore :)

Same. I hope this is working. I'm a little sore but not insane. The cardio is killing me

I've been on a similar program before and the first week for me then were just as you described now: Exhausted from cardio but didn't feel that muscle soarness och worn-out. But I can tell you guys, wait untill the 3 week is over and you've been lifting a 2-5 rep range with heavy wheights. I promise, you almost won't be able to lift your spoon when you eat. At least it was like that for me. And this kind of workout really works. I got stronger wihle I dropped almost 8% BG! That's over 1% a week wich is kind of good ;)

Awesome to hear that. I am trying so hard to drop bf & so far haven't had much luck despite macro tracking and heavy weights. I hope we all get the results we want. :-)

i did not do the cardio acc, i am not sore at all, i think its because of the caffeine tabs pre workout and creatine post... i feel some soreness the next day, but very little, so starting tomorrow im going to do mountain climbers, bench step ups and dumbell step up, hope i get the desired result..i will stick with this program though...
