Yes they do need to be stored in he fridge. I freeze mine and then just let them sit for a little bit or microwave them so they are warm and gooey before eating them. I also make them in muffin tins instead of a pan.

They do go bad pretty quickly so I freeze them. I make mine into muffins and then freeze them individually. Just pop them into the microwave for about a min (30 seconds, flip, 30 seconds) and they are ready to eat. Also, if you want a little more protein and good fat put a little bit of peanut butter on them. Yum!

Wrap these in saran wrap in the suggested serving size then put them in the freezer...they don't take long to thaw.
