I didn't really like it either. I don't know if it was the almond flour or the whey that made the texture strange. I think the chocolate ones that Jamie makes are bomb though. The ones that use pumpkin puree are the best; so moist and cakey with just enough sweetness!! I used Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl in this recipe with Xylosweet and it was way too sweet. I also ground my own almond flour in the VitaMix with the Blue Diamond Coffee Almonds so there was a lot of flavor going on but the texture was off. I wouldn't make them again.
