Sure, this program is designed to teach the process of training. Phase 1 is focused on building muscle. Phase 2 continues to build but adds in some cardio for conditioning. Phase 3 training is a much higher intensity, geared towards weigh loss and leaning out. If you stick to the plan you will have a great transformation, no doubt!
