Yes, it is safe as long as your doctor has approved you for training. You may want to increase your calories by 500 on the days you lift to make sure you are getting enough nutrition for your milk supply.

I'm starting week 4 tomorrow. I eat my own meal plan and I don't take any suppliments. I do however take vitamins. I'm still nursing and I don't see any drop in supply. The only thing I won't do is supplementing because I feel uncomfortable about my baby getting it. Keep up the great work!

I'm nursing and it's been awesome. Eating healthier has actually made my milk supply go up and I'm starting to see some definition. I dont take supplements, just multivitamins.
