I agree with the above poster. I am a long distance running so stopping cold turkey has been very difficult, however the science of how Jamie has set up this 12 week program works. It's just a month of no cardio, but the muscle gains you get are incredible. I've never been this strong in my life! It's hard not running, but I've only got to wait another two weeks :-)
