What does your routine look like? I'm thinking about doing cardio weights in the morning and weights in the evening, same muscle group.

Hey man, I hope that all these spam comments don't hinder you from reading this. What type of split do you have? Is it similar to the article? I was thinking Cardio/Weight Training as my two a days. Not sure which order, or maybe switch it up. Is this something you do? I would love to hear back from you. Thanks.
