haha yeah that is exactly it. Maybe you should first look at the references from the article that are cited before commenting. And stop referring to "bro science," that stuff was like two years ago bud. Since you're "mr, know it all" why arent you publishing nutrition aritcles or writing books? O yeah you dont know anything.

LOL. Keep telling yourself that Dreed. Protein timing is broscience. Post workout or Casein at night, neither is relevant if you meet your macro. Broscience is still relevant because the "bros" (like the ones you talk to at the gym) are still giving out terrible info. I'm still waiting for awlareau and you to post sources.
