Personally I notice a big difference when I have a scoop of whey and a scoop of casein especially if its closer to the end of the day. But hey its not for everybody.

Be embarrassed if you'd like..5'8", 140.... Protein is protein. Meet your macro, type doesn't matter, time doesn't matter, speed of absorbtion doesn't matter. If you're seeing a "big difference" it's nothing more than placebo that could be achieved by meeting your macro with whey, chicken, a blend, tuna, eggs, etc.

I agree......I was believing it until I heard the word Casein....then Colostrum.....ugh then they lost me. This is about the same as L-Arginine in the market today, unfortunately.
