Try to do 7-9 Sets all together going heavy focusing on the static motion to really build a strong chest. Less is more when it comes to weight training, Get in get out. Pro body builders tend to do anywhere from 13-18 sets but their muscles are much more advance and with all the supplementation and diet they can handle a workout like that without starting to lose muscle. Doing 13 sets will keep your chest lean cut and build endurance. Try less to put on mass.
