"Monday: arms - supersets
Tuesday: chest and back - supersets
Wedenesday: legs - i start with 15 minutes of cardio
Thursday: shoulders and then i target a few muscle groups which i feel is lagging
Friday: rest
Sat and Sun : rest but itching to get back to gym"
