So let's put it this way - two set rep schemes: 3x10@65% of your max 10x3@85% of your max Do you think that your body (and CNS) will respond to these the same way? And as for the marathon example, you'd be more likely to parasympathetically overtrain vs sympathetically overtrain. There's a big difference in the training effects of high level lifting and long distance cardio

Boom. People really need to think carefully before they try to disprove the ***-Master (you still go by that, Mike?). Because they're going to fail.
