Actually, no I didn't learn via trial and error. I learned by researching things, reading scholarly journals and confirming things before putting them in my body. I've been involved in the supplement business for 20 years either using or selling them. There has been so much trash over the years (and continues to be so) that it's gross. I have followed the advice of people that mocked me because I took what they said, researched it and grew better because of it. Follow my advice or not, but that program is clearly built to sell supplements to people that don't know any better, and the regime is terrible. Sorry, but anyone that says use HMB and supplemental glutamine is clearly trying to sell you something. It doesn't do anything and if you want to **** out most of the creatine you take each day, by all means use it as suggested.. I also don't agree that the training is very good. If you want a crossfit program go to crossfit. No one needs most of this stuff, it isn't just you, or me. Are you a burn or stabbing victim? If not glutamine won't don anything for you. You declared, "The work out is good, nutrition good, supp advice good," which isn't true. Perhaps you should take the advice, head to examine.com and check out what this stuff does. It's a good starting place so you don't have to take my work for it. If you don't like my advice, there is plenty of info out there. As you said, "Go searching."
