Who says your body won't be able to use most of it? Scholarly information please. Your body processes everything you eat. How do you think waste is created? If your body didn't process everything you'd crap out whole steaks... Show me where it is proven. You claim it, let's see it. Scholarly references only, not articles written by bros. As to the protein timing, I'm still laughing at you. Scholarly information there too. Like I said earlier, I'm not holding my breath. I'll even help you...beyond things like Google Scholar, look for a guy named Alan Argon. He'll educate you, and then you can stop listening to clueless bros. Good luck.

Anybody who has a degree in any biological science can tell you protein after a workout is essential as well as carbs after a workout. Marieb, Katja Hoehn, Katja N. Hoehn Understanding how your body uses the food you eat and the chemical structures broken down from them will explain how hormones and other body processes all interact with each other to influence how your body expends fuel and repairs tissue and thus the importance of nutrition timing.

Why would I go an research imbecilic claims he's making? Anyone who has a degree as you claim would be able to link me to scholarly research with proof of this magic window and timing. Since you just included some books with zero reference, then that doesn't help us very much.
