No its not enough honestly... I added things to the diet like Milk and 1 extra solid meal a day. I got the diet up to 2,200 cals Macros: 377g Protein (about 2x body weight) 92g Carbs (half body weight) 22g Fat The macros are not bad for cutting.. Just modify his diet a little to fit your needs and Macros
