@kosekdav I am on the same boat as you. This works... its so different than EVERYTHING else on this site that everyone is freaking out. I cut 1.5% BF and only lost 1lb in the first 2 weeks. Conclusion: Lost fat and actually gained a slight amount of muscle. Shredding fast. *note* I did modify the diet a little bit. I have 2 solid meals a day (just so I actually hit my maint. cal levels) add 1 extra meal to this diet in replace of a shake and I see this as a phenomenal way to cut fast w/o losing muscle

Im tired of people complaining about the theory of how the body works. Try it and talk about your success/not success or dont try it and shut up. It's not your wallet and its not your body. Do what works for you

Except science tells us differently in many areas. What works best within parameters we know to be true because of scientific study is fine, but to claim that something works for you so it must be correct isn't true. You cannot make a claim that A works for you because you use it when it could be anything else you are doing causing things to "work," and not necessarily A. That's like claiming: I'm holding a rock and there are no tigers around, the rock must repel tigers.
