I started this and the second day i started to feel bad, didn't had energy for workout and got diarrhea which had empty my system. So now I'm going to change the diet plan to what suits me best.

@mannysingh I think you might be slightly lactose intolerant and use protein powder with lactose. Also, he recommends easing it into your diet, not going from one day to another. Of course you stomach will react to it.

Couldn't find Whey protein powder on the perimeter of the grocery store. Hey, isn't whey a processed food?? Anyway Im on day 3 of the diet and feeling sick from (and tired of) all that the whey. Will go back to the grocery store tomorrow and return to real food.

@45and10 yes, whey is processed lol. honestly, its better to stick with natural food. There will be some foods that are prepared/processed but in this day and age you cannot completely avoid it. eg, cereal or peanut butter.
