I've done every workout morning and evening so far and I'm far from "advanced".. I do my pre-workout protein and my pre/intra-workout and I max myself out on every circuit. I may not be able to do every single rep of every single set but like he says in the videos, don't pay attention to the reps so much, just power through it until failure. You don't have to be super advanced or on steroids to get through a hard workout. It's called being driven and focused and NOT making excuses.. If you want it bad enough.. you'll get it done.
