I work part-time and I am in medical school. If you want to do it you'll find a way. If not you'll find excuses. You just have to take the time to plan and fit it into your schedule (like its another class that you can't miss - that's what I started doing). =)

I work 8 hour days from 8am to 5pm. IF you want it bad enough YOU WILL make it happen. Don't let excuses come in the way of your goal. Especially dont make excuses for a pretty well thought out diet plan and work out regimen. Winners make results, period

I agree - i am in the navy and work 12 hour days and switch from days to night every 2 weeks... if you want the results you find the time and motivation to get to the gym- if you dont want to do it- the back button on the browser works.... click it- dont bring everyone elses motivation down and hate on Greg beacuse you arent motivated enough.

I will say I worked 12.5 every day for 12 weeks and found the time to hit up gym twice a day. I had to sacrifice sleep a lot. So it really boils down to, how bad do u want it?? If the desire is not there you will make excuses. If you really want it, then you will find the time.
