what is wrong with you guys?? all your doing is making excuses, I'm a deployed soldier and even i can find the time to do it, if this was what you really wanted, then you'd be willing to do whatever it took to get there, but instead, like everyone else... you try and use the whole "well i work too much to go twice a day" just get off your *** and go, wake up early and go before work then finish after work, you can find the time in your day, you just dont want to bad enough, but dont try to discourage others who do have what it takes

I'm with dmpenwell... I wish I had the time alone to get 2 full long workouts in a day! jsmay48 - yea but you have a different routine. I'm just a lowly CNA who works 12s on Noc and a 2ns pt job as well. Getting time for this isn't doable, so I do MOSTLY bodyweight stuff(Ranger PRT style workouts, etc) but I'm looking for a good weights program to add in for some mass is all.
