get a new gym. Its aimed at everyone. You either want it or you don't. Its that simple.

Read Greg's training page. He says if you can only do one a day, then do it. The guy is not a drill instructor, but a motivator. I am going to do the heavy workout in my normal workout time and try a quick 20 ab/pushup/pullup routine in the early AM.

If you can't do twice a day, maybe try once a day. Give it a shot if this training style interests you.
