at Ft. Gordon we ran 6 miles in 36 minutes, that wa\s on a monday morning after drinking for two days. That very much depends on your cardio and state of mind

The claim that he ran 4 miles at this pace every day is also counter to the book "The Art of Expressing the Human Body" which claims his daily mileage was only 2-3 miles and never specified a pace. The only thing the two arguments have in common is that he ran daily and enjoyed it.

Haha you're crazy! I have a friend I know personally. I've known him for years actually and when he was training for his marathon he ran 18 miles at a 6 min pace. Bruce Lee could easily have run 4 miles in 24 mins.

To score a perfect score on physical for USMC youre required to run 3 miles in 18 minutes regardless of height, weight, age ect.

A runner out here in Jax ran a 5 mile beach run in 23:46, so 4 isnt impossible, and believable.
