highschool track sophomore year i broke a 4.10 mile, ran a 3200 in 9.10. I've seen guys pace 13 miles in around mid 6ish minutes at the collegiate level on their off days, top marathon runners run under 5 minutes mile splits for 26.2 miles. Totally feasible.
