I have been doing workout 1 on mon, workout 2 on tue, workout 4 on thu and work 5 on fri, i also do cardio on the other days and i do normal wide grip pull ups on wednesdays. As julien said this may not be the best program for putting on muscle but if you a body that looks good,has low fat and is functional for real life activities/work I think a lot better then your traditional bodybuilding workout. Another thing which some people may not know is he says perform 10 or 20 reps on most exercises but he does not go into detail about what sought of intensity you should do the reps, I think performing the sets to about 80% is optimal, if you go all out and train each set to 100% failure you will probably get injured and decrease muscle gains.
